At Coplex, we’re all about quickly and cost-effectively de-risking the earliest stages of the startup journey. To do this, we implement our proven Coplex Lean Process to rapidly de-risk new business models and drive revenue. The Coplex Lean Process is part Scientific Method (think High School science class), and part Lean Startup methodologies. It helps us ensure we are building the right thing, at the right time, for the right people.

The first module is designed to take the concept to revenue while simultaneously setting up the foundation for the business, technology, and brand.

The third module is designed to prepare you and the company for a smooth transition after Coplex and best position you for an outside capital raise. During this phase, we’re also layering in new customers (or users), increasing revenue, and expanding the technology.

In Module 3 of the Program, we create a transition plan together that will set you up for success post-graduation. We help you identify team gaps, fundraising needs, and more.
